Requirements:

Minimum age 7 years.
Maximum weight 110 kg.
Long and stretchy pants, if possible, closed-toe shoes.
People in wheelchairs and pregnant women cannot ride.
People with physical disabilities should consult with the center’s staff.

*Cancellation Terms and Conditions:

• 72 hours before the start of the activity: No charge.
• Less than 24 hours: 50% of the excursion will be charged.
• Less than 10 hours: 100% of the excursion will be charged.

Schedules and itineraries may be subject to changes or cancellations due to weather conditions or force majeure. If the contracted service cannot be provided within 48 hours, a 100% refund will be issued. The activity provider releases any liability from the business offering this voucher and assumes, through the relevant insurance, damages that may occur, excluding those caused by customer negligence. The customer must follow the activity monitors’ instructions at all times, and the customer is responsible for adhering to safety rules. Mallorca Horses Center reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The company is not responsible for possible thefts or losses of customers’ personal belongings.
