If the contracted service cannot be provided within 48 hours, a 100% refund will be issued. The activity provider releases any liability from the business offering this voucher and assumes, through the relevant insurance, damages that may occur, excluding those caused by customer negligence. The customer must follow the activity monitors\u2019 instructions at all times, and the customer is responsible for adhering to safety rules. Mallorca Horses Center reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
